EarthLab Education Programming and MTM middle school hosted their 2nd annual STEAM night last Thursday evening. The event was a huge success. Over 200 students and family members from MTM and other local schools visited the MTM campus to learn more about Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math. MTM teachers created an amazing selection of interactive activities, including marshmallow launchers, tanagrams, and building towers. We were fortunate to have several community partners who helped support our event as well. Thanks to the Birch Aquarium, PEAK, EIS, SDSU, UCSD, and local artist, Todd Stands. The students truly benefited from this educational and fun event!
