Groundwork welcomed Felicia Marcus, Chair of the State Water Resources Control Board(SWRCB), to the EarthLab on June 19. The SWRCB recently awarded a major grant to Groundwork and San Diego Unified School District to bring stormwater capture improvements and water conservation education to three schools around the EarthLab.
