Chollas Valley Community Planning Group
Formerly known as Encanto Neighborhoods, the Chollas Valley Community Planning Group (CVCPG) serves the neighborhoods of Alta Vista, Broadway Heights, Chollas View, Emerald Hills, Encanto, Lincoln Park, O’Farrell, and Valencia Park. Our MISSION is to support residents and community-based groups and organizations, communicate with government offices and their constituents, and advise the City on land use and infrastructure needs.
